We produce estate-based wines from our 150-acre vineyard property in San Martin, CA.  These wines showcase the diversity of varietals that have popularized the Northern Central Coast region and exited winemaker Stephen Tebb.  “We have taken considerable time and effort to study our vineyard and plant varietals where they grow best.  With so many microclimates, each wine we produce truly embodies the terroir we’re blessed to work with day after day,” says Tebb.  “And, they reflect true varietal characteristics that wine lovers have come to enjoy.”

2003 Black-Chinned Syrah
2003 Black-Chinned Syrah  -  $18.00
This Syrah blend is dark, dark, dark, an almost glass-staining ruby-purple in color. Aromas of rich black plums, huckleberries and concentrated blueberries are prevalent in the nose.
 
2003 Buff-Bellied Zinfandel
2003 Buff-Bellied Zinfandel  -  $18.00
A stain-your-teeth ruby purple with beautiful aromas of jammy plum, blackberries and spicy red pepper on the nose. I also get a hint of raspberry tea and dark chocolate.
 
2003 Estate Grenache
2003 Estate Grenache  -  $30.00 $20.00
Bright aromas of cranberry, red cherry and rhubarb/strawberry pie filling. There are elements of bottle brush, raspberry tea and a hint of spearmint along with a touch of vanilla and caramel. The texture is silky with flavors of raspberry, cherry and cranberry fruit. There is a long liquour-like mid-palate that finishes with soft tannins, sweet strawberries and brown sugar. 
 
2003 Estate Petite Sirah
2003 Estate Petite Sirah  -  $35.00
The complex aromas reveal concentrated blackberry, Marion berry and huckleberry with violet floral aromas that evolve into mocha, molasses and a touch of smoke and earth. Opulent flavors of jammy black plum and currant with dark chocolate, hint of coffee bean and rich, chunky tannins that compliment the long finish.
 
2004 Biagini Vineyard Chardonnay
2004 Biagini Vineyard Chardonnay  -  $35.00
On the nose, crisp green apple is balanced with citrus fruit aromas and subtle notes of orange blossom, pie crust, vanilla and spice. Ripe pear and mandarin orange appear on the entry with a yeasty, doughy mid-palate. Crisp citrus and mineral notes comple.
 
2004 Biagini Vineyard Pinot Noir
2004 Biagini Vineyard Pinot Noir  -  $50.00
Aromas of Holiday spices-cinammon, nutmeg and cloves, followed by dried cranberries and fresh cherries. Flavors of cherry, cola and baked cinammon with hints of fresh floral components on the palate. Finishes with fresh cherries, pencil shavings and spice.

Dark ruby purple in color with aromas of blueberries and huckleberries. Candied plums. Smoky and meaty with rosemary and black tea. Red cherry and blackberry flavors on the palate with classic meaty undertones. Long finish with vanilla beans and coffee flavors.

A big, bold Cabernet Sauvignon. Incredible complexity due to extensive barrel and bottle aging. Dark blackberry aromas with vanilla and classic Cabernet eucalyptus. Flavors of cassis, plum and blackberries dominate throughout the palate and into the long, smooth finish.

Elegance. Fruit flavors of blackberries and currants dominate the nose, along with a hint of spice. Soft, elegant tannins create a nice backbone for dried cherry and blackberry fruit flavors. The finish lasts forever.
 
2004 Violet-Crowned Merlot

The color of this wine is intense—deep ruby purple. Aromas of ripe plums, smoky berry fruits and spice. Juicy red currant flavors on the entry, followed with rich, red cherry, black cherry and blackberry flavors extending to the mid-palate. A long finish with spicy oak and velvety fruit. Soft, lush and colorful!
 
2005 Estate Syrah
2005 Estate Syrah  -  $35.00
Smoky aromas of plums, cocoa and an underlying “meaty” flavor. Plums and dried cherry fruits dominate the palate, with hints of bittersweet chocolate and molé. A smooth velvety, long finish.
 
2005 Liebeler Vineyard Chardonnay

On the nose, this wine has aromas of rich, tropical fruit and apple cobbler. Scents of crème brûlée, sweet peach and honeysuckle are also present in this complex Chardonnay. Upon first sip, the entrance to the palate is seduced with flavors of mango, red apple and ripe nectarine flavors...

*LIMITED AVAILIBILITY* Aromas of sweet blackberries & blueberries with hints of rose petals, plum, vanilla & tobacco. Some cedar & anise spice. The mouthfeel of this wine is full & rich. Flavors of briary berry, currant & plum dominate the palate. Ripe tannins balance the fleshy fruit & leave a long, smooth finish.
 
2005 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay
2005 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay  -  $20.00
On the nose, strong aromas of sweet scented pear, ripe red and golden delicious apple. There is a hint of tropical fruit with a touch of spice....hazelnut, cinnamon and graham. A faint aroma of apple blossom along with a touch of wet granite or stones. The rich flavors of ripe peaches dominates the mouth, along with a hint of juicy pear and tropical fruits that linger from the mid-palate. The finish is smooth, with traces of nutmeg and vanilla.
 
2005 Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir

Ripe strawberry, raspberry and cherry-cola aromas lead to hints of vanilla, brown sugar, nutmeg and cream. Flavors of boysenberry, cherry and cranberry fruit with spice, minerals and earth.

Exotic tropical fruit aromas papaya, mango, pineapple and coconut. Floral aromas of orange blossom and tangerine. Rich flavors of apricot, cling peach and Fuji apple, with a touch of sweet spice on the finish.
 
2006 Glittering-Throated Emerald Chardonnay (unoaked)
2006 Glittering-Throated Emerald Chardonnay (unoaked)  -  $15.00
This wine opens up with strong aromas of freshly cut green apple, melon and pear. A bowl full of tropical fruit salad (pineapples, bananas, mangos and papaya) is in there, as well as a hint of floral apple blossom. On the palate, the refreshing flavors of crisp apple and fresh citrus are balanced with an acidic component. The finish is fairly long considering that there was no oak used when making this wine. I really enjoy the lingering tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and banana.

Opens up with fragrances of perfumed orange and apple blossom, honeysuckle and white peach aromas. On the palate, flavors of rich white peach, juicy apricot and sweet pear flavors with a fresh citrus finish.
 
2006 Pink-Throated Brilliant Rosé
2006 Pink-Throated Brilliant Rosé  -  $14.00
Aromas of fresh cut, ripe strawberries and raspberries, with hints of cherries and cream. On the palate, I get raspberry flavors with marichino cherry. A touch of spice adds complexity to the red berry fruits.
 
2007 White-Tufted Sunbeam Sauvignon Blanc
2007 White-Tufted Sunbeam Sauvignon Blanc  -  $15.00

Aromas of grass, gooseberry and meyer lemons jump from the glass, along with a hint of minerality. Flavors of gooseberry translate to the palate, with a pleasant grassy/herbal component. Citrus fruits and wet stone. Balanced acids make this a nice wine to pair with creamy cheeses.
